About Justin
Justin is an AI assistant that connects to the tools you already use, answers in plain language, and does the work — on the web, in Slack, in Lark, or embedded in your own product.
Why we built it
The answer to most questions at work already exists. It is just spread across a dozen systems, none of which talk to each other, and getting to it means opening tabs, copying between them, and rebuilding the same report next week. Assistants that only talk don’t help with that; they add a tab. Justin is built the other way round — to reach into the systems the work actually runs on, and to come back with the thing you asked for.
What we build toward
Meet people where they already are. The same assistant, the same account and the same memory work in a Slack channel, in a browser tab, and inside another product. You should not have to go somewhere special to ask a question.
Acting beats answering — but ask first. Justin runs the task rather than explaining how you might. Anything with real consequences — sending a message, writing to a connected system — stops and asks you to approve it, once or standing, before it happens.
Your stack stays yours. Nothing is connected until someone on your team authorizes it, every connector is revocable on the spot, and you can point Justin at your own MCP servers for anything we don’t cover. No proprietary format to migrate into, and nothing that only works if you buy the rest of a suite.
Say it plainly. Conclusion first, in ordinary business language, with the limits of the data stated rather than papered over. An assistant that sounds confident about a thin answer is worse than one that says the data is thin.
Where things stand
Justin is in early access. It is free for 14 days or 1,000 credits, whichever comes first, with no card required to start, and after that plans start at $20 a month, metered in credits — so you pay for what the team actually uses rather than for the number of people using it. See pricing for what that means in practice, and the setup guide for everything the product does today.
What we do with the information Justin handles on your behalf is set out in full in the Privacy Policy, and the terms you are agreeing to in the Terms of Service.
