Support
Get help with Justin
One inbox, a human on the other end. You don’t need a Justin account, a support portal, or a login to reach us.
Email support
Write to us with what you were trying to do and we’ll take it from there.
Within 2 business days. Every request gets a reply from a person, Monday to Friday.
No account needed. Contacting support never requires signing up for Justin or for anything else.
Nothing behind a login. This page and the mailbox are open to anyone — admins, end users, and people still deciding.
What to include
None of this is required, but it usually saves a round trip:
What you asked Justin to do, and what happened instead.
Where it happened — the web app, Slack, or an embedded surface — and roughly when.
Your Slack workspace name, if the issue involves the Slack app.
A screenshot or a copy of the message thread.
Security and privacy requests
These go to the same inbox and are handled on the same timeline.
Suspected vulnerability or abuse — subject line Security, and please don’t post details publicly first.
Access, export, or deletion of your data — subject line Data request. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect.
Questions about the terms of use — see the Terms of Service, then ask us anything that isn’t clear.
Common topics
What we can help with
Whether you’re evaluating Justin, running it for a team, or winding it down.
Installing in Slack
Trouble with the install flow, the permissions Justin asks for, or which channels it can see and post in. The setup guide walks through it step by step.
Connecting your tools
Connectors that won’t authorize, a custom MCP server that isn’t reachable, or scopes you’d rather not grant.
Answers that look wrong
Send the thread. Knowing what Justin saw when it answered is how we tell a bad connection from a bad answer.
Scheduled tasks
A task that didn’t run, ran twice, or reported into the wrong place.
Plans and usage
Justin is free for 14 days or 1,000 credits, whichever comes first, and no card is required to start. Paid plans start at $20 a month. Ask us anything the pricing page doesn’t answer.
Removing Justin
You can uninstall the app from your Slack workspace’s app management settings at any time. Email us if you also want your data deleted.
Something not on this list? Write to support@getjustin.ai anyway — it reaches the same people.
