How the free trial, credits and paid plans work.
Justin is metered in credits rather than seats. Every account starts on a free trial.
1. The free trial
14 days or 1,000 credits, whichever comes first.
No card required to start.
Your whole team and every channel are included.
2. Plans
Basic — $20 a month, 2,000 credits.
Pro — $50 a month, 5,000 credits.
Max — $200 a month, 20,000 credits.

Already a WorkMagic customer? Your WorkMagic subscription includes a monthly Justin credit allowance — you only pay for what you use beyond it.
3. How credits are used
Credits belong to the team, not to a person — everyone draws from the same monthly allowance.
Usage is metered on requests, model consumption and similar activity.
On a paid plan, credits reset at the start of each month. Unused credits do not carry over to the next month.
Heavier work uses more — a long \ultra session costs more than a quick question.
You can earn extra credits by completing setup tasks, such as connecting a tool or inviting a teammate.
